This is a favourite in our house! Adapted from the original recipe in the Edmonds cookbook I have used this recipe many times over the years. 

A delcious pancake mix that I have added to jar to give away for Christmas.

This recipe was born one year when I wanted to make a caramel cheesecake for Christmas. I could not find the right caramels anywhere despite hours of shopping the weeks leading up to Christmas. In the end I used Fantails and the rest is history.

A tasty treat for mushroom lovers. Earthy mushrooms and savoury seasonings make this cheesey risotto especially good. Present it to someone in a decorated jar, or in an italian gift basket.
